Everyone remembers this disaster. Ashlee Simpson seemed to perform her single "Pieces of Me" on the first musical break, and then it began playing again on the second performance. Simpson's words were coming from the speakers but the microphone was nowhere near her mouth. So she started doing a weird hoedown dance. The Boss Performed to a track at the Super Bowl
It was revealed that Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, known for their excentric live shows, played to a backing track on their Super Bowl performance. Hank Neuberger, Grammy-winning tv producer, then revealed that all the Super Bowl perfmances are played to a backing track. Neuberger says there are too many variables to control and this is the only safe way to do it. -
