To start off in 2000 we have Baja Men: "Who let the dogs out?" I mean come on is this even a song? The only part anyone knows is the chorus (which is stupid). It was so repetative and I just cant stand it when someone says "Who let the dogs out. -

Jennifer Lopez: "Jenny from the block"
I understand that some people like this song for some reason but since this is my list its on here. Again this is a song where you know the chorus and barely anything else. I thought it was very annoying and that J-Lo is much better now.
