the cause of the french revolution
the french revolution was started because of these five reasons.the first reason was that france went bankrupt. cause number two bad leadership.. cause number three there were food shortages because of bad harvest. cause number four was that france was divided into three estates. cause number five was philosophers spreading the word about how the king is unfair to the people . the city had one spot that had all the gun powder it was the building bastille when the people attacked the building they tore the whole thing down and burned it and this was the start of the revolution. (notes) -

the bread march was made up of women who were angry about the bread prices so they marched all the way to versille with weapons in there hands. (notes) -

one night king louis the 16th tried to escape with his wife and kids . They went out dressed as pesants but in the end they were spoted a couple miles to the border.(notes) -

king louis was condemed to death . they did this to end all ties to the absolute monarchy so they could finally start a new government. -

the reign of terror was a terrible bloody mess. everyone was always scared if they would be the next victim of being a traitor but in reality they had done nothing. this was because people were turning in each other because they didnt like them . (notes) -
