    the french and indian war
    -the year the war began was in 1754 the war ended in 1763. -the reason that the french and british were fighting is cause they wanted controll of lake champlain and its tributaries. -won early victories and appereaed to be winning was the french -french won the war.... -colonists had learned to unite against a common foe.
  • treaty of paris:

    -this is a document also known as the treaty of meaux
    -british was at the react of industrial revolution.
    -fact that religous wars had on french intellectatuals.
  • pontiacs war

    pontiacs conspiracy(a rebellion)
    they fought to gain or to take over.
    it gets its name from (kiyastuta)
    it effected the colonies-they destroyed 8 forts and caputurded and killed 100's of people
  • proclamation of 1763

    this is a great celebration in the colonies-french had the "indians" against the british.
    the purpose was to define or establish 4 new colonies.
    the colonies reacted becoming angry with them.

    paul revere defened them because since he was infront of them and because of circulating widerly.
    herny pelham and paul revere made the famous picture of the boston massacre.

    the issues produced a showdown that resulted in 500.000 teas being thrown into the harbor.
    a group of samuel adams men were responceable for the boston tea party.
    they responed by getting mad and shutting down.

    no i dont think it is fair to call it the boston "massacre" because it wasnt really a "massacre" because only a little amount of people were killed(5 people) it wasnt a whole lot of people.

    minuteman is a memeber of a class of american militman who volunteered.
    what happened at concord: is they fought and won
    the result: spans over 3 and 1/2 centuries and there were numerous results to those actions.

    they were defending with 10 twenty-four pound guns
    buildt/up forticitaions
    some were killed-800 wounded badly
    who led the americans-general william howe
    who led the british-general howe and clinton
    stragey- go out and fight for there freedom
    why they pick that stragey because to go out with the straight assult
    the battle was named after the adjacent bunker hill.
    british won that battle
    because alot were killed and british wouned 800 soliders (very costly victory)
