  • Three Emperors League

    Austria-Hungary, Germany, Russia Three Emperors League, also known as Dreikaiserbund was an alliance formed between Austria-Hungary, Germany, and Russia. Germany required the feeling of being secured due to the rivalry between them and France. The treaty lasted for 2 years and was renewed right after.

  • Dual Alliance

    Germany and Austria-Hungary The Dual Alliance was formed between Germany and Austria-Hungary. It was focused more on the defensive side of things, promising each other's support if Russia ever attacks.

    France and Russia Franco-Russian Alliance was a military alliance between France and Russia. France decided to request military alliance with Russia. Losing the Franco-Prussian war made the French hunger for Revenge on Germany.
