2nd Trimester
2nd Trimester During these months the mother feels the best, it's called the "Golden Trimester" . Changes in mother 4th month appetite increases, morning sickness is gone, 5th month enlarged abdomen becomes apparent, slight fetal movements felt. 6th month baby movements are sensed as strong kicks, thumps and bumps. Weight gain may total 10-12 lbs. -
15th Week
By the 15th week the baby is the size of an orange and maybe even hiccuping! -

3rd Trimester
3rd Trimester Changes in mother, 7 months posture is affected by increased weight and size. 8 months backache, fatigue, leg cramps, shortness of breath, Weight gain about 18-20 lbs. 9 months false labor pains, total weight gain of 25-35 lbs. -
Birth
After 9 months in the womb, a heathly baby girl is born.
