    George Washington calmed the Newburgh conspiracy but was still forced out of Philadelphia.
  • Governers were asked for two million dollars throughout the year

    Although they were asked for two million dollars in that year, they only gave out less than one million between the years of 1781 and 1784.
  • James Adams serves as the first representitive of the U.S. in London

    He decided it was necessary to transfer the power of lawmaking to Congress.
  • Adoption of the Constitution
