Roosevelt, Churchill, and Joseph Stalin. Effects- The meeting was intended mainly to discuss the re-establishment of the nations of war-torn Europe. -

Causes- The Imperial Japanese Navy was incapable of conducting operations and an Allied invasion of Japan was imminent. Effects- They gave up.
