Hitler's life is spared
Private Henry Tandey, a british soldier that was nearing the French village of Marcoing noticed a German soldier (Adolf Hitler) injured and on the ground, but refuses to shoot him. Hitler was injured in the leg during the Battle of Somme. The battle is known as one of the bloodiest military battles in history. -

While fighting the British, Hitler is blinded by a mustard gas attack. He eventually regains his eyesight. Although, while recovering, he is very depressed and spends a lot of time crying. -

The treaty ended hostilities in the war. Germany had to pay for civilian damages caused by the war. Germany also lost a lot of German territory.
