The battle of vimy ridge consisted of Canadian, British, and German forces with Canada taking the place of French Forces. This battle took place in Nord-Pas-de-Calais in France, and was an allied victory. -

This battle took place from November 20th-December 8th in 1917, in the village of Cambrai, France. While this didn't include the Canadian Forces, it included the forces from Newfoundland and Britain against the German Forces. -

The germans forces surrendered to the allied forces, which included Canada. The Germans signed the Treaty of Versailles, taking blame for the entirety. -
