They did this to stop Hitler. I think it was a good move, but it wasn't stong enough to conquer all. Fighting fire with fire does not always work. -

I don't feel that Hitler should have any control at all of Western Europe. People are people. If they are German or not they should not be punished for it. People can believe what they want and Hitler shouldn't stop them. At this time Hitler was getting more and more powerful. -
Hitler invades Poland
Hitler really does not need to keep invading people. It is turning even more people against him. There are already enough contries that don't like him. After this Britan and France declared war on Germany. I think that Hitler needs to think things through before he goes through with them. You never know when they could backfire. -
Germany invades the Soviet Union
The Soviet Union has the right to be there own. I think that the Soviet Union did nothing wrong to be invaded. Even if thery made allies with another country. They can side or help whatever country they want. -
Japan attacks Pearl Harbor
The Pearl Harbor attack was devistating. Not only were lives taken but it killed underwater creatures too. It was a suprise attack so no one knew it was coming. No one at all was prepared. After it happened the US knew they had to go to war, even if they didn't want to. They tried to stay out of the war but after this had happened they just had to be in the war. I think that staying out of the war for as long as possible was a good move on the US. I think they should've stayed out of it. -
The United States drops atomic bomb on Japan
Even though after bombing Japan twice, Japan didn't want to give up. They decided it was time to though. Even though this was a good comeback for the US, I still feel that you can't fight fire with fire. The US should have just stayed out of all the chaos.
