Irene joined the Sisters of St.Jospeh
At the age of 17 after she finished school she joined the sisters of st.joseph -
She recieved her vows as a novice in order
A novice in order is when a person is a beginner in their work -
She took her first vows
This was a big step in life for Irene -
She recieved her lact vows
She recieved her last vows a year later from her first vows -
After graduationg from uni she spent the next 30 years teaching
After 30 years she felt a restlessness of spirit and wanted to hep people. -
She went to Peru
She decided she wanted to help the poor -
She went to Huasahuas
