My very first media exposure is children's book. A book containing a collection of stories usually for children. As a baby, my parents always love to read bedtime stories for me and my sister for us to be entertained and to learn basic stuff such as alphabets, shapes, and colors. -

Television
In year 2008, I was exposed to the old television. Television, sometimes shortened to tv is a telecommunication medium for transmitting moving images and sounds. Television is a good and healthy source of both entertainment and education. Cartoons and other children's shows helped me build my speech. -
Radio
Radio is a broadcasting of programmes for the public to listen to. My parents usually plays the radio in our house to listen to local news, music and for entertainment. -
DVD Player
A DVD player is a flat devices that plays DVD discs which could be a movie, a recorded tv show, or other content. I used it to play music and movies by connecting it in a television. -
Brick Game
When I turn 7, I started playing Brick game. It is a traditional LCD electronic game, that displays game in 10 × 20 grid screen, the same grid size used in tetris. The games are usually arranged within alphabetical letters, with each letter corresponds with different games. The difficulty level and speed of each game can be adjusted by pressing the left or right D-pad. -
Books, Newspapers, and magazines
Print media is the term used to describe newspapers, magazines and books that are printed. Print media is a kind of mass communication that creates and disseminates news and information through printed publications.It is one of the oldest and basic forms of mass communication. I started getting fond of reading when I started going to school. -
Laptop
Also called portable computers. It has the same purpose like the Desktop computer but it was made more portable and efficient. It is a multi-purpose electronic computer whose size, capabilities, and price make it feasible for individual use. At an early age, I was exposed to this kind of media through our neighbor whose much older. We usually play games, view pictures, and watch videos. It is considered as a "perfect" media since it can store, transfer, and broadcast information. -
LCD projector
An LCD projector is a type of video projector for displaying video, images or computer data on a screen or other flat surface. As polarized light passes through the panels, individual pixels can be opened to allow light to pass or closed to block the light. The combination of open and closed pixels can produce a wide range of colors and shades in the projected image. My very first exposure of this media is when I was in grade 6 when our teacher uses this set in her discussion. -
Cellphone
In 2016, I had my first cellphone. A mobile phone that performs many of the functions of a computer, typically having a touchscreen interface. This is the first media that connect me to the online world. I also use this one in listening to music and playing games. Moreover, this media helps me to communicate with my friends and family faster. -
Google
Google is an internet search engine that started development in 1996. It uses a proprietary algorithm that's designed to retrieve and order search results to provide the most relevant and dependable sources of data possible. Google has a lot to offer, but mostly I used it to gather informations needed in the class and for searching random things. -
Facebook and YouTube
Also in year 2017, I started using Facebook as well as YouTube. This was the time where I'm always focused on my cellphone rather than playing with others. Facebook originally was set up to give people a platform to communicate with each other using photos, videos, and text messages. While YouTube was originally set up to allow users to publish their own video for the world to see. -
Flatscreen TV
Flatscreen TV is type of thin, lightweight video display that uses liquid crystals or electroluminescence to reflect images. This TV is a modernized mass medium for entertainment, education, news, politics, gossip and advertising. My dad decided to buy the latest model of television which is the flatscreen LCD for us to be more entertained while we watch movies, news, and sing karaoke songs. -
Wattpad
Wattpad is a community for readers and writers where one can discover new user generated stories. Wattpad helps me release boredom. Additionally, Wattpad brings me to different places, it gives me true to life lessons and it practices my reading and imagination skills. -
Messenger
Messenger is an instant messaging service and software developed by Meta platforms. This application helps me exchange messages with my friend and classmates in an easy and fast way. It also allow me to send photos and videos with them. Moreover, messenger is also featuring video calls. -
Other social media apps
In year 2021 during the pandemic, I began using many social media applications like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Spotify, etc, to be entertained and to release the boredom of being at home all the time.
