Eragon finds Saphira
Eragon goes into the woods and finds a blue egg, which hatches into a dragon. Him and saphira become bonded and Eragon becomes a dragon rider, the first one in hundreds of years. -
Brom and eragon leave
Brom, the town storyteller used to have a dragon. Him and Eragon flee the town in fear of the Ra'zac whom are trying to find saphira. -
Tierm
Brom and Eragon reach teirm. Here they find Broms friend Joed, and Eragon gets his fortune fortold. Joed gives them information on how to track down the Ra'zac, and they leave. -
Dras'Leona
Brom and Eragon go to Dras'Leona where they think the Ra'zac are. With no luck they leave and camp outside the city, in the night the Ra'zac ambush them and fataly wound Brom. A man named murtagh saves them but doesnt kill the Ra'zac. Brom dies later and reveals he was a dragon rider. -
Gil'ead
Murtagh & Eragon travel to Gil'ead where they try to find information on the Varden, a rebel group resisting the empire. The varden are known to be friendly towards dragon riders. They are intercepted by a creature called a shade, whose name is Druza. He spends time in jail, and escapes due to the help of Saphira and Murtagh. Eragon also finds an elf named Arya, who they take with them. Arya reveals that they must go to the varden, who are in a city called tronjheim who dwell in the Beor Mtns. -
Eragon and Mutagh
Eragon, Murtagh, Saphira and Arya trail the landscape. They are persued by Urgals and Kull. Beasts that are very dangerous. -
Boer Mountains
The team reach the beor mountains, and are escorted to the Varden's hiding place. -
Farthen Dur
The team is escorted to Farthen Dur, A mountain that covers Tronjheim. Here they meet the leader of the Varden, Azjihad. And Orik is appointed Eragon & Saphiras guide. Murtagh is imprisoned, he is assumed a traitor. Here, Eragon trains with Arya. -
The battle
Durza and his Urgal minions find their way into Farthen Dur and a huge battle commences, Durza fights Eragon and is about to kill Eragon. But Saphira and Arya break the Huge Crystal Rose above them and distracts Durza. Eragon kills him and the battle sorts its self out. -
The Coma
Eragon got badly wounded during his fight with Durza, and he falls into a deep sleep. A person called "the Cripple who is Whole" contacts him and instructs him to come to Du Wendelvarden, the forest of the elves. "The Cripple who is Whole" says he will teach him and Saphira. Eragon wakes up, and now knows his Legacy.
