European Exploration
Back when map where incomplete the was a world wide race for land and power.Lords and kings woul pay thousands for the captains to travel around the world and discover new land for them.Some of the ships may never return but if they do they will be rewarded very highly ,they may even get rewared with part of the land that they discovered.To claim the land they must plant a flag in the ground but another countries explorer could come kill them and claim the land them selves. -
American Revolution
The American Revolution was a vile , vicious and stubborn war caused by Europeans trying to dump convicts on the Americans land to try and relive their jails.The Americans did not want the convicts so they started a massive war and eventually the English gave up.The war was brutal and long.This totally messed up the English and this is what made the English decided to go in search for new land.
