On this day, General Thomas Gage sent 700 troops to caoture some important colonial leaders. 77 minutemen were waiting when the british arrived., the British told the minutemen to leave but they refused. Then out of nowhere a shot rang out but nobody knows who did it. This shot started the American Revolution. -
