S&A Facility Fee Committee allocates funds to complete topographic survey and complete construction documents for Valley Road and Grimes playfields. The Committee also sets aside an additional $550,000 towards the contruction costs of the project. -

It is determined that the current bidding climate could be used to gain a favorable cost in the next year. It is also determined the student funding for construction is ncessary to proceed with the project. -

DA Hogan engages in the development of construction documents that can be used for bidding purposes. The S&A Fee and Facility Fee Committee continue to show support towards the project. -

Construction began on Grimes Way and Valley Road playfields. -
October 2010
Grimes Playfield is anticipated to open for use on October 10, 2010. -

Valley Road Playfield is anticipated to open for use on January 11, 2011.
