During the Glorious Revolution James II abdicates the throne. -
William and Mary Become King and Queen
Mary II the daughter of James II takes the throne, but only if her husband can be king. -

Queen Mary II dies of natural causes and is followed by her husband William of Orange who rules until his death. -

Queen Anne takes the throne after William III dies. -
Queen Anne Dies
Queen Anne becomes the last Stuart monarch due to the revolution settlement. The monarchy is passed over to the house of Hanover.
