White castle was founded in 1921 in Wichita, Kansas by Walt Anderson and Billy Ingram.
Ingram was a new businessman and decided to fund the hamberber joint created by Anderson, a restauranteer, back in the earlier 1900's. Once the business really went on its way, Bill Ingrim bought out Walt Anderson, and has continued to keep what the restaurant has been to this day. -

Baskin Robins was founded by Burt Baskin and Irv Robins in 1945 in Glendale, California. Baskin Robins first offered 31 flavors when first created. Today, they offer over 1,000 flavors and claim to be "the world's largest ice cream franchise".
They stand by their logo of, "We sell fun, not ice cream". -

I thinnk this is the only one I could get the exact date for!!!
Leroy and Forrest Raffel opened the first Arby's in Boardman, Ohio on July 23, 1964. The name "Arby's", is actually just the initails of "Raffel Brothers" with an "A" and "Y" incorporated into the name.
