Exposition
The beginning of the novel takes place in the Central London Hatchery and Conditioning Centre. In this building, thousands of identical children are born. -
Rising Action
Lenina and Bernard go to the Savage Redervation in New Mexico. There they meet Linda and her son, John. Bernard takes them back to London. -
Conflict
Bernard uses John as entertainment so that he can gain popularity. Shortly after, Linda dies so John causes a riot. Bernard, Helmholtz, and John are arrested. -
Falling Action
Bernard and Helmholtz are expelled to faraway islands and John moves in a lighthouse in the countryside. -
Resolution
John whips himself as punishment. The reporters and citizens constantly demand for him to whip himself. John is caught in an orgy-porgy. After waking up the next day, he hangs himself.
