2nd Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. -

7th Amendment
you have the right to have your trial heard by a jury. -
8th Amendment
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. -
9th Amendment
Addresses rights, retained by the people, that are not specifically enumerated in the Constitution. -
10th Amendment
included in the Bill of Rights to further define the balance of power between the federal government and the states. The amendment says that the federal government has only those powers specifically granted by the Constitution. -
