Foster tests game play at MetroCentre
IAfter 5 years of experimentation and perfection of his rules, Foster gains capital. n April of 1986 and February of 1987 test games are played at MetroCentre in downtown Rockford, Illinois and Rosemont Horizon Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, which will later become the home of the Chicago Rush AHL team. -

On Saturday, Aug. 1 1987, The Denver Dynamite defeated the Pittsburgh Gladiators at the Civic Arena, with the top open at the first ever Arena Bowl. There were 13,232 people in attendence. -
